Refund policy

We truly hope you love what you ordered! But in case you don’t, we have an easy Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy for clothing items.

📦 Return & Exchange Window:

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product.

🔁 Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges are applicable only once per order.
  • We will arrange a reverse pick-up. A refund will be initiated once we receive the product in good condition, using the same mode of payment as the original order.After Receiving the product , the refund shall be processed with 10-15 working days
  • If reverse pick-up is not serviceable at your pin code, you can self-ship the products back to us, and we’ll reimburse the courier charges equivalent to India Post Surface rates (receipt required).
  • For COD orders, a return pickup fee would be applicable.

 


 

⚖️ Multi-Product Return/Exchange Policy:

We understand size or style mismatches can happen — that's why we offer free exchanges for every order.

To promote mindful shopping and manage return logistics better:

 Return of 1 item per order is free.
💰 For each additional item returned from the same order, a ₹30 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

Example: If you return 3 items, the first item is free to return. A fee of ₹60 will be deducted for the remaining 2 items.


 

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Products purchased under the Sale event- like Black Friday.
  • Used, washed, or out-of-policy returns

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. We accept cancellations against full refund or store credit as long as the order has not been shipped
  2. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped
